Howe St
Penthouse
The Project
This penthouse residence is defined by its expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing and uninterrupted panoramic vistas of the city skyline, mountains, and water, creating a seamless dialogue between interior architecture and the urban landscape. A restrained, contemporary palette of soft neutrals and layered textures enhances the sense of volume, while wide-plank herringbone flooring introduces subtle movement and refinement. The open-concept living and dining areas are anchored by sculptural furnishings and a statement pendant, carefully scaled to maintain visual balance against the dramatic glazing. Clean-lined millwork, minimalist detailing, and integrated transitions emphasize clarity and proportion throughout. In the private quarters, the primary suite continues the architectural language with low-profile upholstery, tailored textiles, and expansive corner windows that frame the skyline as a living backdrop. The overall composition reflects a modern luxury aesthetic—elevated, airy, and intentionally curated to celebrate light, view, and spatial flow.
