The Project
This custom-built residence is articulated through a refined contemporary façade of stone cladding, symmetrical massing, and layered rooflines, creating a commanding yet balanced street presence. Inside, a double-height foyer with coffered ceilings and full-height millwork establishes a grand architectural axis anchored by a linear fireplace clad in large-format marble. The open-concept living space is framed by a floating staircase with glass balustrades and integrated LED lighting, reinforcing clean sightlines and modern detailing. A warm palette of wide-plank wood flooring, soft neutral upholstery, and tailored textiles introduces texture while maintaining spatial clarity. The kitchen is composed with flat-panel cabinetry in light oak tones, waterfall quartz surfaces, vertical fluted accents, and minimalist pendant lighting, emphasizing proportion and material continuity. In the private quarters, layered wall treatments, sculptural headboards, and integrated lighting details elevate the suites into serene, hotel-inspired retreats. Throughout the home, architectural symmetry, custom millwork, and curated furnishings work in dialogue to create a cohesive composition that feels both elevated and intentionally livable.
